Agreement to these terms

By using the Elemental Growth website, including the Subscription Value Loop Calculator, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect.

The calculator and your inputs

The Subscription Value Loop Calculator lets you enter growth metrics about your business and see how they compare against category benchmarks. Do not submit confidential or sensitive company information. Only enter information you and your company are comfortable sharing.

If you request a report, we collect the contact details you provide, such as your name, company, title, and work email, and use them to send you a PDF copy of your full on-screen calculator report.

We may retain the metrics you enter and combine them with inputs from other users to build and improve anonymized, aggregated benchmarks. Aggregated benchmarks never identify you, your company, or your individual inputs. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your individual inputs with third parties.

Contact details you submit are used to deliver the PDF report you requested and to follow up about Elemental Growth's services. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Benchmarks and results are directional

Calculator outputs, benchmarks, and reports are provided for general informational purposes. They are directional estimates, not financial, legal, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of any business outcome. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Our content

The site's content — including the Subscription Value Loop framework, case studies, podcast, course materials, text, and graphics — belongs to Elemental Growth or its licensors. You may reference it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or use it to build a competing product.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, probing or disrupting our infrastructure, submitting data you don't have the right to share, or misrepresenting who you are when requesting a report.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elemental Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its outputs.
