Information you choose to provide

When you use a contact, careers, community, or calculator form, we receive the information shown in that form. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, company, role, website, LinkedIn profile, calculator inputs, and the message or other details you submit.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive company information through the calculator.

We also record the page where a form was submitted and, for the contact form, which call-to-action opened it. The current careers form does not accept résumé uploads.

How the website uses that information

We use submitted information to receive and respond to inquiries, review careers and community requests, and provide the website feature or follow-up you asked for. If you request a calculator report, we use your contact details to send you a PDF copy of the full report shown on screen.

Calculator inputs may inform anonymized, aggregated benchmarks. Those benchmarks do not identify you, your company, or your individual inputs.

Form submissions are first recorded in the website’s content-management database. When configured, the website also appends a copy to an internal Google Sheet and sends a notification through Slack so the Elemental Growth team can follow up.

Website measurement and browser storage

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the production website to understand anonymous, aggregated activity such as page visits, calculator progress, service or case-study interest, podcast and course link clicks, and whether a form request succeeded or failed. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies, and our custom events do not include names, email addresses, company details, form text, LinkedIn profiles, or calculator values.

Analytics is disabled in local development, preview deployments, and authenticated content previews. It is kept separate from the website’s search-indexing launch flag, so measuring the unlisted production site does not make it eligible for search indexing.

The homepage uses session storage to remember whether an introductory animation has already played during the current browser session. That preference is not used to identify you and is cleared according to your browser’s session-storage behavior.

Access, storage, and retention

Form-submission records are configured to be available only to authenticated content-management users. Website content and form records use a dedicated Supabase-backed database; configured form copies and notifications are handled through Google Sheets and Slack as described above.

The website code does not set a fixed retention period for submitted information. Retention is therefore an operational decision rather than an automated website rule. You can contact us about information you submitted using the address below.
